Support Project Graduation:
A Safe and Memorable Celebration for Our Seniors
Dear Parents,
We are thrilled to announce plans for a special event honoring the senior class at Robert E. Lee High School. To celebrate their accomplishments, we are hosting Project Graduation—an all-night, alcohol-free, and drug-free lock-in graduation party. This event is organized with the help of parents, school staff, and community business leaders to provide a safe and fun environment for our graduates.
What is Project Graduation?
Project Graduation ensures that our seniors can enjoy their special night without the pressures of alcohol or drugs, and without the risk of impaired driving. It's a night where they can have fun, create lasting memories, and celebrate in a secure setting.
Why is Your Support Important?
Hosting Project Graduation is a significant financial undertaking, but the safety and joy it provides our seniors are invaluable. We plan to make this event memorable with a variety of exciting activities, entertainment, delicious food, and fantastic prizes. This celebration offers our seniors one last opportunity to share memories and create new ones to cherish for years to come. Although the party is not until May, it’s crucial that our funding is secured as early as possible.
How You Can Help:
Project Graduation is entirely funded by fundraisers and donations. We urge you to support this worthy cause to help us continue this cherished tradition for our graduating seniors. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation of $50 to help host one of the most memorable events of your student’s high school life.
Additional Ways to Get Involved:
- Volunteer Your Time: Help with planning, organizing, and running the event.
- Donate Supplies: We need snacks, drinks, and other concession items.
- Spread the Word: Encourage friends, family, and community members to support our fundraiser.
Your involvement and generosity are key to making Project Graduation a success. Together, we can ensure a safe, fun, and memorable night for our seniors.
