This special event provides our graduating seniors with a safe, fun, and alcohol- and drug-free environment to celebrate their achievements and mark the beginning of their next chapter.
Why Sponsor Project Grad?
Your sponsorship directly supports our mission to offer a secure and joyful space where students can enjoy a memorable night without the risks associated with unsafe environments. By contributing, you help ensure that our graduates have a positive, uplifting experience as they transition to the next phase of their lives.
Sponsorship Levels
- Gander Pride Sponsor ($2,500+): Your support covers large-scale activities, entertainment, and prizes, keeping seniors engaged and excited throughout the night. As a headline sponsor, you’ll be recognized in all event materials, on social media, and in our commemorative guide.
- Maroon & White Sponsor ($1,000): This level supports key elements of the celebration, such as food, refreshments, and smaller prizes. Your name will be prominently featured in all printed and digital event materials.
- Maroon Spirit Sponsor ($500): Contributes to event stations and interactive activities, with your logo or company name displayed throughout the event.
- Tradition Sponsor ($250): Helps with decorations and setting the scene. You’ll receive special recognition during the senior slideshow and in the event program.
- Legacy Sponsor ($100): Supports general event needs and earns a spot on our event banners and in the commemorative guide distributed to all attendees.
- Community Sponsor (Any amount or in-kind donation): Whether it’s a smaller cash donation, a prize, gift card, or service, your contribution will be acknowledged in a post-event “Thank You” on social media.
How to Contribute
Donations can be made securely online through our website, mailed to 5103 Ashwood Drive, or arranged for pickup by contacting us directly. We accept donations year-round but kindly request that all contributions be received by April 15, 2025, to ensure everything is in place for a successful event.
