Call for Volunteers: Concession Stand for Baytown Track Meet
We are excited to announce our first fundraiser for the Class of 2025! On June 4th, we will be running a concession stand at the city of Baytown track meet, and we need your help to make it a success.
Event Details:
- Date: June 4th
- Location: Robert E. Lee High School Memorial Stadium
- Setup Time: 3:00pm
How You Can Help:
- Volunteer Your Time: Assist with setting up, running the concession stand, and cleaning up.
- Donate Supplies: We need snacks, drinks, and other concession items.
- Spread the Word: Encourage friends, family, and community members to show their support.
Volunteer Perks:
- Free Admission: Volunteers will earn free admission to Project Graduation.
- Additional Entries for Prizes: Senior Volunteers will receive extra entries to win prizes throughout the night of Project Graduation.
This is a great opportunity to support our students and contribute to their future success. Volunteering at the concession stand is also a fun way to get involved and connect with other parents and community members.
